Maserati Brand and Product Training Proposal
ASSIGNMENT:
Respond to Maserati’s Bid Proposal for dealership product training
INSIGHT:
Maserati’s history and heritage is uniquely Italian. Immerse dealership retail staff in this heritage through direct experiences such as a taste of the cheese that is only available in the small Italian areas where Maserati was founded. Include this heritage as part of their product training and customer presentations.
RESULTS:
We were not awarded the contract due to bid costs. However Maserati was impressed enough to give us future non-bid business.
